Public access is a statutory right to access documents and cases in the public sector. The module in DocuNote helps handle these requests by allowing case workers to control which documents may be released, redact sensitive information, and generate document packages for the applicant.
The typical scenario with handling "public access" data would be as follows:
When the request to access material is received from journalist, one should generate the journal of all documents and notes in the case.
To manage this, right-click the case and select Public access > Journal list.
The content report usually contains all the info about nested documents and notes. It is generated in your default browser and can be delivered via online link or exported to preferred format.
