DocuNote app for iOS provides the ability to create new cases. Such option is available when the permissions for creation case in the particular location are granted.

To create a new case, navigate to the appropriate location and tap Create case.
From the list of available case types, select the appropriate one. Please note, that types availability depends on the selected options in System setup (Documents and Cases - Case types ).
Next, in the displayed dialog box, specify necessary fields and Save the changes.
