Overview

While DocuNote desktop client provides a full-featured agenda (Agenda) functionality, the iDocuNote app is a perfect solution for those who prefers to stay mobile and take advantage of basic agenda features.

Using iOS mobile application, you can:

• navigate agenda committees and meetings;
• view agenda items, attachments and appendix;
• start and end meetings;
• enter decisions;
• create and edit notes.

Browsing agenda structure

Tapping Agenda allows you to navigate the agenda structure. The agenda meetings are grouped into upcoming and completed meetings which in their turn are organized into committee directories.

The committees are defined by the icon next to each one.
