Overview
Video folders let you organize video files in the DocuNote client. Unlike document folders, the video folders only accept the most common video formats (like, .avi, .flv, .wmv, .mov, etc.).
When uploaded in DocuNote, videos are converted to H.264 video codec, giving you high quality standard.

Creating video folders and uploading videos
Uploading a video allows you to copy a video from your computer into DocuNote. After you upload a video, you can even delete the source item from the hard drive, so the video will be stored only in DocuNote.
To create a new video folder:
- Navigate to the case or document folder, and do one of the following:
- On the Ribbon bar, select New items*,* and then select New video folder from the drop-down menu.
- Using the navigation tree in the left pane, right-click any case under a business unit, and select Create>New video folder from the contextual menu.
- When inside the case or document folder, right-click in the explorer window, and select Create>New video folder from the contextual menu;
