Start the meeting

To start the meeting, select it and click Start meeting on the ribbon bar (alternatively, you can do this from the context menu):

Working in the Meeting mode

When the meeting is started, you can switch to meeting mode by clicking the Meeting mode on the toolbar.

The Meeting mode allows you to preview your agenda content and decisions without opening them in external applications.

Different view modes let you focus on the content that is more relevant at the moment:

• Agenda item priority - extends the Agenda item panel over the Decision panel;
• Decision priority - extends the Decision panel over the Agenda item panel;
• Agenda item preview - expands the Agenda item preview panel to full window size;
• Decision preview - expands the Decision preview panel to full window size.
