Requesting document signing
Signing process is initiated with a help of DocuNote client application.
It is possible to upload several documents for signing.
Documents total size for uploading should not exceed 50 MB. The available formats for signing are .doc, .docx, .docm, .xsl, .xlsx and pdf. All formats are converted to PDF before sending for signing.

⚠️ Please note:
- The total envelope size must not exceed 50 MB.
- The size of excel document converted into PDF file should not exceed 10 MB;
- It must be ensured that the Excel document has a formatting in the document that makes its appearance appropriate and readable when converted to PDF.
- The signing process can be initiated numerous times on a single document. However, it is impossible to initiate new signing process if the previous one is not finished or aborted;
- Password protected documents can’t be used, as the protection will block the finalization of the signing process.
- !!DocuNote can’t register if a document is password protected. This should be checked before sending to signing.

Sending documents for signing
To send the document for signing:

Navigate to the necessary document in DocuNote.

Right-click the document and select Send document to → Signing from the context menu.

Alternatively, you can click Request signing on the ribbon bar.
