Overview

If you plan to use the same search criteria over and over again, you can name and save your search parameters for future use. Later, the saved search can be selected from Last used saved searches list. Moreover, you can set up which groups and users should have permissions to use saved searches.

Saving search

To save search criteria:

  1. Navigate to the Search tab.

  2. Specify your search and click the Save dropdown*.*

  3. Click Save

A dialog box will come up.

  1. Enter a name for your search in the Search name field.
  2. Click Select who to share with to configure who will see this saved search. Follow the instructions in the Permissions Wizard.
  3. Click OK when done.
