Overview

Receiver systems allow for subscribing to receive messages from the Digital Mail service and accepting incoming communication from external senders.

The parameters for setting up receiver systems should be obtained from a Digital Mail consultant.

Set up receiver systems

Follow the steps below to configure recipient system parameters:

  1. Click DocuNote to access System Administration.
  2. Select System Setup.
  3. Under the Documents and Cases tab in the Integration section, expand the Digital Mail menu and select Receiver Systems.

Here you can add new, edit, or delete existing receiver systems:
