Overview

Quick search options are the easiest way to locate documents, cases and Address Book items by applying the "free text" search criterion. This is very helpful if you are sure the text you specify will match the item's Title, Description or Body.

You can take advantage of the quick search by using one of the options described below in this manual.

Quick search popup form

The Quick search form allows you to quickly find documents, cases and Address book items within the DocuNote.

To open the Quick search form, hit Ctrl+F on yor keyboard or click the Quick search on the ribbon bar.

The Quick search form will pop up displaying three fields: Case search, Document search and Search in Address Book.

• For address book you can choose between only “Name” field (Default) or “all fields”.

• When you wan’t to Free text search, it is now possible to choose weather you want to search only in “Titel” field (default) or “all fields” for cases and documents. </aside>

You can perform Free text search on all tree item types.

To narrow down your search for Cases, select either:

• Case number to look for a case with exact number
