Overview
The Public Access module let you manage the "public access" data according to Danish administration law.
The typical scenario with handling "public access" data would be as follows:
- The agent receives a request from a journalist to access the material;
- The agent generates a journal of all documents and notes in the case and sends it to the journalist;
- The journalist marks documents/notes of interest and returns the list;
- The agent creates the Public Access Case and connects it to the original case;
- The agent copies all requested documents that should be transferred to the newly created Public Access Case;
- If documents are marked as "partly accessed," then they should be censored by the agent;
- The documents are then converted to PDF, zipped and sent to the journalist.
Generating journal list report
When the request to access material is received from journalist, one should generate the journal of all documents and notes in the case.
To manage this, right-click the case and select Public access > Journal list.
