Overview

Active Directory synchronization with Outlook Web Exchange server allows DocuNote users operate with the Outlook Web Access (OWA) application. With the help of this application you can easily access and perform actions in browser on either dekstop or mobile device.


Attaching items from DocuNote to OWA

Using DocuNote Add-in you can now attach items to your emails directly from Outlook Web Access. You can use a special side-bar which allows you to browse organization tree or access recently used items.

To attach items from DocuNote to your email:

  1. Click on the "Attach from DocuNote" icon

  1. Navigate to and choose the desired item as shown on below screenshot
  2. Choose the format you want the item to be attached as (Document, DocuNote shortcut, DocuNote URL, or PDF Document)
  3. You can select multiple files and click Attach or Double click the desired file to include it in your email

Alternatively, you can browse the the recent files by clicking on "Recently Used", displaying the list of the latest items you've worked with.
