Being able to work offline is useful if you are traveling a lot or you often work at places where network connectivity is not available. DocuNote allows you to save your documents locally, work with the contents while not connected to the network, and then synchronize your changes when you reconnect to the server.

What documents can you take offline?

You can take offline all document formats so far. Still it much depends on the software installed on your computer that will recognize this or that format. Draft versions of documents can be also taken offline. Moreover, you can take offline a whole document folder or even the case with all its content inside. This is useful if you want to take multiple documents offline at once.

What can you do with documents in offline mode?

When you are working offline, you have access only to a limited range of features in DocuNote. So far, you can:

• Create documents from templates;
• View and edit your documents;
• Send a document to a remote location or desktop;
