Overview
MS Office Profiles is a powerful tool that is used for Merge of properties to documents DocuNote database records into documents. To be precise, you can set up the relation between database records and the properties of MS Office documents.

The profiles can be of the following types:
Document profile
To create a new document profile:
- Click the DocuNote tab and select System Setup*.*
- Switch to the Microsoft Office Profiles tab.
- Click the Document Profile on the ribbon bar.

- Give the profile a name and set the relation between DocuNote database records and document office properties. In this example, we have mapped two custom fields (namely, Date and Location) with custom document properties, and one custom field (namely, Comments) with standard document property. - When done, Save your settings.
