Creating companies in the Address book

The contact information has to be predefined in DocuNote Address Book. In our example, we have created a new company IntraNote a/s*.*

Adjusting the document metaform design

The next step is to create the metafield of Contact picker type. The field of this type is used to choose companies from the Address book when merging data to documents.

1. Click the DocuNote tab and select Metaforms designer*.*
2. Switch to the Fields tab and click the Contact picker on the ribbon bar.
3. Fill in all required properties for this metafield and click Save.

1. After the metafield has been created, switch to the Forms tab, and place it on the metaform of your choice.

1. When done, Save your changes.
