Overview

OneDrive™ integration is offered as an additional module to DocuNote.

Integration with Microsoft OneDrive™ makes it possible to synchronize and work with all documents across OneDrive and DocuNote without switching between them.

Authentication:

• To access your OneDrive account via DocuNote, click on OneDrive Tab.
• Authentication is required when you first use the OneDrive functionality after launching DocuNote.
• In the authentication pop-up window enter the credentials for the account provided by your organization. After successful authentication the OneDrive tab will be loaded. </aside>

In scope of the OneDrive integration functionality, new OneDrive tab is added to DocuNote main window.

OneDrive tab features:

• The tree - Reflects OneDrive structure of the organization and has a dedicated node called My published documents for a quick overview of the DocuNote documents shared to OneDrive.

• Explorer part - Features folders or documents depending on the selected node in the Tree. The columns shown is

  • Name, Status, Type, Last edited (date and time), Size

  Tip:

  • Multiple selection is supported for all locations under OneDrive tab. </aside>

When you select My published documents in the tree, the explorer will display the documents in DocuNote that are published to OneDrive.
