Overview
E-mail templates help users to send messages that include information that doesn't change from message to message.
Once intergrated with Outlook, DocuNote allows user to create HTML templates or upload MSG files from Outlook into the DocuNote template library and later use them while creating new e-mails.

****By default, every time you send e-mail with the document attached, the ID of the folder the mail was initiated from is inserted at the bottom of the mail body. You can deactivate this option by navigating to “Settings” > “Office Integration” > “(86) Remember current folder when sending e-mails” > Select “No” in the dropdown menu

Creating and uploading e-mail templates in DocuNote
Email templates can be created in Microsoft Outlook or in DocuNote itself.
To create an e-mail template in Microsoft Outlook follow below easy steps:
- click “New Email” in Outlook window (Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N).
- In the message body, enter the content you want.
- In the message window, click the File menu and then Save As.
- In the Save As dialog box, make sure that “Save as type” list, have selected “Outlook Message Format” (.msg-file format).
- In the File name box, type a name for your template
- Save your template**.**
