To lock the appendix, navigate to the meeting, right-click it and select Lock appendix from the context menu.

The confirmation dialog box will be shown, letting you decide whether the agenda supplement should be generated to PDF format. Here you can decide wether to publish it internally, externally or to FirstAgenda.
