Overview

The Label Editor module lets you access and customize the labels for all user interface elements throughout DocuNote client. You can customize label texts to localize a user for a particular language, or just because you want your OK button to say "Go".

There are two ways, you can modify the labels:

• by locating the alias name in the database and changing its values;

• Alias is a unique database field. Aliases are used to support localization in DocuNote client, letting the administrators refer the labels in different languages to the same entity. So, for instance, the alias @general_create could be mapped to English label "Create" and Danish label "Opret" and refer to the same interface element in DocuNote. </aside>

• by using the Label editor module. In this way, you create custom overlay text that will be visible to users.

To access the Label editor, click the DocuNote tab and then click Label editor.

Searching for labels

To search for a label text:

1. Enter the text next to the Search text box.
2. Specify the language you are interested in.
3. Optionally, you can Search for exact match by selecting the corresponding check box.
4. Click Search.
