General

Signing functionality is designed for electronic and digital signing of documents. The functionality is available for all DocuNote users as well as for external parties. The signing process is easy and convenient. You can sign the document using your PC or a mobile device with one of the supported browsers.

With the help of functionality, you can perform the following actions:

• prepare documents for signing;
• send document to appropriate signers;
• sign documents using one of the electronic signature types or MitID;
• approve signing documents;
• track a status of documents being signed;
• receive and store signed documents;
• use signing message templates;

• Sending documents for signing is a payable service.

• Credits for signing is ordered in batches.

  • If no more credits is available, Signing process cannot be initiated.
  • If no more credits is available, a link to an order form will appear. As soon as the order is placed, the signing process can continue.

Methods to sign documents:

Electronic signing

Electronic signing assumes signing with a help of electronic signature and initials. You can choose among predefined formats of signatures, draw your signature or upload signature image.
