Overview

The import settings determine the options used when importing documents to the DocuNote client.

Finding your settings

  1. Click the DocuNote, and then click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Import settings, click General settings*.*
  3. Please check the following settings:
Setting Description
E-mail settings
(68) Created date for archived e-mails from Outlook
• Current date - date and time for the metadata field "Created" is reset to current date and time;
• Received/sent date in Outlook - date and time for the metadata field "Created" is reset to the time the e-mails were sent.
(157) Last edited date and time for archived e-mails from Outlook
• Current date - date and time for the metadata field "Last Edited" is reset to current date and time;
• Received/sent date in Outlook - date and time for the metadata field "Last Edited" is reset to the time the e-mails were sent.
(158) Published date and time for archived e-mails from Outlook
• Current date - date and time for the metadata field "Published" is reset to current date and time;
• Received/sent date in Outlook - date and time for the metadata field "Published" is reset to the time the e-mails were sent.
Document settings
(69) Created date and time for imported documents
• Current date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Created" is reset to current date and time;
• Created date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Created" is reset to the time the documents were imported.
• Modified date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Created" is reset to the time the documents were last edited.
(107) Last edited date and time for imported documents
• Current date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Last edited" is reset to current date and time;
• Created date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Last edited" is reset to the time the documents were imported.
• Modified date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Last edited" is reset to the time the documents were last edited.

• Current date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Published" is reset to current date and time;
• Created date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Published" is reset to the time the documents were imported.
• Modified date and time - date and time for the metadata field "Published" is reset to the time the documents were last edited.
