Overview

The E-mail notification settings let you configure the DocuNote notification service.

Finding your settings

  1. Click the DocuNote tab, and then click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Notification service, click E-mail notification*.*
  3. Please check the following settings:
Setting Description
(12) Status notification on tasks Define how often the e-mail notification will be delivered.
(175) Send reminders for overdue tasks Define how often the reminder for overdue tasks will be delivered.
(9) Send reminder for overdue tasks assigned to me as Define whether the reminders for overdue tasks assigned to you will be delivered one per each task or listed together.
(10) Send reminder for overdue tasks assigned by me as Define whether the reminders for overdue tasks assigned by you will be delivered one per each task or listed together.
(11) Send reminder for my overdue private tasks as Define whether the reminders for your overdue private tasks will be delivered one per each task or listed together.
(13) Send e-mail when the assigned task is completed Define how the automatic e-mail notifications are triggered when the task is created:

• Never - no e-mail notifications will be sent; • Ask - the confirmation dialog box will appear every time you save the Properties form; • Checkbox - the Send e-mail checkbox is placed on Properties form allowing you to decide whether to send e-mail notification or not; • Always - the e-mail notifications will be always triggered automatically. | | (14) Default value in check box below status field on task | If 'Checkbox' option is seleced in the previous setting, you can decide whether the checkbox will be selected by default. | | (15) Send e-mail to the user the task is assigned to | Define how the automatic e-mail notifications are triggered when the task status changes:

• Never - no e-mail notifications will be sent; • Ask - the confirmation dialog box will appear every time you save the Properties form; • Checkbox - the Send e-mail checkbox is placed on Properties form allowing you to decide whether to send e-mail notification or not; • Always - the e-mail notifications will be always triggered automatically. | | (16) Default value in the 'Send e-mail' checkbox | If 'Checkbox' option is seleced in the previous setting, you can decide whether the checkbox will be selected by default. | | (173) Notification send time | Allows you to set the specific time for the e-mails to be sent. |

  1. Save your changes, if any.
