Overview

Using PDF Tools it is possible to:

• Combine multiple documents into one single PDF file.
• Define location for page numbers on your document
• Add a text layer to image PDF documents
• Mask sensitive information
• Define special stamps for each page

• Documents that are edited individually can be saved as new versions
• Documents that are created via combining can be saved to a selected location
• When using PDF Tools, DocuNote will provide you with the latest version (draft or published) of the document you have permission to access.

Starting PDF tools

1. Navigate to the appropriate location in DocuNote client.
2. Select necessary documents and from the context menu, select PDF Tools.

Alternatively, you can expand PDF menu in the Ribbonbar and select PDF Tools from here.
