Video Conversion Service now converts all videos to H264/MP4, and not only videos located in dedicated video folders.
Conversion of videos is needed if they should be viewable in the iOS/Android DocuNote apps as well as in DocuNote Web.
Only newly added videos to ordinary folders will be converted.
Concept for sharing and viewing documents, for example when using PDF is changed.
Previously the latest "Published version" (like version 2.0) was shared.
That caused confusion, as users expected the latest version to be shared, like version 2.6, even though the 2.6 is called "Draft version".
Sharing the latest draft require access/permissions to draft documents

The implementation was changed, so dragging documents now works with standard Windows mouse actions, not having to hold special keys down.
