Document

Combining PDF documents

In DocuNote 4.4, it was possible to combine multiple PDF documents into a single document. The functionality has been improved to include the following:

• Sorting of documents can now be performed, eg via drag'n'drop
• Word documents can be included and converted automatically to PDF when the new document is created
• The documents can be viewed directly in the sorting dialog
• The new document can be sent as an e-mail
• The new document can be sent to Windows clipboard
• The new document can be saved to your computer
• The new document can be saved in DocuNote

Document version rights

If a user is not entitled to view other users' draft versions (0.x), ie. versions smaller than version 1.0, the user will no longer be able to access these in version history.

Deleting documents

When deleting one or more documents, you will no longer need to confirm the deletion, just as in Windows Explorer, which has used this function. If you erase by mistake, you can undo the action with Ctrl-Z, which user will also receive a notification in the lower right corner.
