Overview
If there are any new modules purchased, new languages or users added for DocuNote, it is necessary to update the license.
The new license will be sent to you by e-mail as agreed IntraNote contract and must subsequently be loaded into DocuNote.

- One should have permissions to Settings module to add the new license code. See Module roles - Roles & Permissions
- Some modules and user licenses are chargeable.

Find your settings

Go to Settings by clicking the DocuNote tab in the top left corner to go to System administration where the Settings is.

The existing license can be seen under General Settings:

Delete the old license and insert the new one.

Extra: Click the key icon to see what’s available within this license.

Save your settings.

Restart the DocuNote client.

⚠️ Please note:
- The license code must be copied exactly as it is. It must not contain any extra characters, such as spaces.
- The license code should be inserted as soon as possible, preferably within 15 min. from when it was created.
