Overview

Notifications can be initiated and sent to DocuNote users, when changes are made to following items: Case, Document, Person or Company.

As an initiator you can:

• Define a message for the notification
• Choose the DocuNote user who you want to notify
• Decide whether you want the user to locate the item or see its properties after they click on the notification

As a receiver of a notification you can:

• Mark it as done
• Snooze until desired time and date
• Pin it to your inbox
• Mark as read

How to send a notification

To initiate Notification for a docunote item select it with a right click and choose Notification from a context menu.
