Distribution to digital mail - Send PDF to digital mail split by CPR

Overview

You can use a cohesive PDF document as a distribution source. At the start of the distribution, the document is temporarily divided (as an independent PDF shipment) to each recipient via the social security numbers in the document.

- The following characters is some of the not accepted; *< > : " / \ | ? , why these are removed from the filename before distribution - automatically. </aside>

<aside> ⚠️ Please note:

The document must be in DocuNote, it must be a text PDF, and there should be no restrictions on the PDF such as code or print protection.
Social security numbers must be separated by hyphens!
The division occurs after determining the Archiving on the recipient's case (see below) and pressing "Split PDF" (new button - see image below). </aside>

How to divide the DocuNote PDF document

At the start of distribution, the functionality will scan the document for CPR numbers according to the methodology described in the table below. If the detected language is not clear, use English.

Format	Action
Format of the CPR number: ddmmyy-xxxx (10 digits with a hyphen between the first 6 and the last 4 - e.g. 010203-1234)	Approved CPR number format registered. (all other formats are ignored.)
Every time a new approved CPR number is registered	The PDF is divided and a new recipient is registered.

Multiple CPR numbers on the same page are not supported! | | Every time an existing approved CPR number is registered | The page, as well as any intervening pages, are added to the recipient following the existing pages. | | Page without an approved CPR number | The page is added to the latest recipient following the existing pages. |

Multiple social security numbers on the same page are not supported.
The appearance of the same social security number on the same page is supported, and repeating the social security number after a new approved social security number now results in sending multiple documents to recipients, as in the example below:

Distribute PDF divided by social security number

To start distributing "PDF divided by social security number", right-click on the PDF document, then select Distribute and then "Divide by PDF".
