Overview

Digital mail is an integration with the NgDP service that lets you send generic or personalized documents to multiple recipients.

Digital mail settings let you configure the integration between DocuNote and NgDP.

Finding your settings

Digital mail has the following settings to work with:

Setting Description
(603) Enable 'Allow answer' option on send out Enables option for receiving an answer on sent email in digital mail account.
(604) Enable guardians on send out Enables option for sending all messages to underage recipients as well as to their parents, guardians, etc
(605) Contact field to identify the guardians Defines a recipient by the contact picker specified on the recipient's Properties form. This recipient will be defined in the guardians field of the letter sent to underage persons, their parents or guardians.
Digital mail type Select NgDP or eBoks depending on your needs (NgDP is a default value).

To configure Digital mail settings, follow these steps:

  1. Click DocuNote to access the Backstage panel and then click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Settings, click Digital mail*.*
  3. Make necessary changes.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
