Creating letter mailing list

Letter mailing lists contain the list of recipients to which the same information is sent. Letter mailing lists can be found under Address book module.

To create a letter mailing list:

  1. Shift to the Address book tab.
  2. Right-click the Letter mailing lists and select New letter mailing list from the context menu. Alternatively, you can click the New letter mailing list on the ribbon bar.

  1. Provide the letter mailing list with Name and Metaforms designer. By default, DocuNote contains predefined empty metaform. However, if you want to apply custom metadata to all contacts under specific letter mailing list, the initial step will be to design your own metaform. For details, see Creating letter mailing list metaform .
  2. Save your changes.

Adding contacts to letter mailing list

To add contacts to letter mailing list:

  1. Navigate to the contact list, right-click the contact and select Add to letter mailing list from the context menu:
