Overview

Settings for cases let you adjust the way the DocuNote client handles the cases.


Finding your settings

  1. Click the DocuNote tab, and then click Settings*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel under Settings, click Cases*.*
  3. Please check the following settings:

(47) Information about how a case is displayed Specifies the pattern formula for the case display name. For details, see ‣.

Tip: Right-click within the field and use the Insert tag context menu to apply the supported tag. | | (63) Edit synchronized cases | Allows you to edit the cases that are synchronized with IntraNote CRM. | | (70) Check permissions for case type | If Yes, the permissions could be assigned to the case types. | | (570) Enabled case status conditions | If set to Yes, the conditions can be applied to case statuses under System setup>Case statuses. | | (580) Lock case properties when case is locked Please note: This setting is Discontinued from DocuNote 6.9. - Properties will always be locked. | Prevents user from modifying the case properties after the case has been locked.
Tip: Changing this setting does not affect the existing locked cases. | | (631) Send case shortcut | Ask: DocuNote will ask to select The default action every time you create shortcut. Locate: Clicking the shortcut will Locate the item. Properties: Clicking the shortcut will display Properties dialog box. |
