Modifying case properties

To modify properties of the case, right-click it and select Properties from the context menu.

Tip:

• It is also possible to apply some properties to multiple cases at the same time - see Documents and Cases - Apply properties (mass update) </aside>

The icons you find on the case's metaform option panel allow you to perform the following quick actions with the case:

• Locate case - shows the case in the navigation tree;
• Change case type - provides the list of available case types;
• Edit case type - opens the case type parameters window for editing;
• Edit metaform - displays the case metadata for editing;
• Columnt view - lets you choose the default column view for all users;
• Edit tree font - Allows you to change color and font for case name in the tree structure

• Print current area - lets you print the visible form content
