A case type is a reusable collection of metadata (metaform design), case templates, and other settings for a set of case in DocuNote. For details about creating case types, see Documents and cases - Case types

You can easily change the case type by using the system field Edit case type from the Properties of the case.

Once the case type has been changed, Save your changes. The changes will be reflected the next time you open the Properties form.

Case type display in DocuNote

Case type set during a case creation is displayed under the case title by default. If a case contains some description, then it will be also displayed along with a case type.
