Overview

Agenda role includes permissions which define the rights and levels of access when working with specific agenda functions. For example, you might want to prevent some agenda participants from editing specific meetings or agenda items.

By default, there are 6 predefined agenda roles (each with its own level of access) that could be applied for a regular meeting:

However, you can always create custom roles that could be adjusted for your organization.


Creating module role

To create a new agenda role:

  1. Click DocuNote tab, and then click System Setup*.*
  2. In the left navigation panel switch to Roles and Permissions*.*
