Under the "Agenda" tab, it is possible to get a quick overview of internally published agendas/minutes.
By expanding "Published agendas/minutes" (PDF icon), you will see all created committees with associated meetings.

If the agenda/minutes are published internally, they can be accessed by right-clicking on the relevant meeting and selecting "View document".

When the agenda content (agenda, appendix or minutes) is published internally, all the agenda participants receive automatic Notifications.
