Overview

With new support of custom icons, you can easily replace default system icons with ones of your choice to mark contact lists in the Address book. This will help you and other users to identify specific items in the Address book.

In particular, you can set your own icons for the following items:

• Contact list;
• Primary company;
• Company;
• Primary contact person;
• Contact person.

Permissions

To create custom icons, you need to have the Module Role Manage custom icons assigned:

1. Click the DocuNote tab, and then click System Setup*.*
2. In the left navigation panel switch to Roles and Permissions*.*
3. Click Roles and edit the Module Role*.*
4. Check if the Manage custom icons permission is enabled under the Custom icons section.
