It is possible to set password changing option for new, internal and external users. Forced password change option obliges a user to change the password during the next login to Webportal or DocuNote Form-login solution.

To force password changing, on the Account tab, mark the Force user to change password at next login checkbox.

• The option for password change is not available for Active Directory users. </aside>

Forced password change

When you login to Webportal or DocuNote Form-login solution for the first time, it is required to set the new password.

In terms of security, DocuNote Administrator can activate forced password option. It will oblige you to provide the new password every time you login to the application.

To set the new password in Webportal, login under your usual credentials. In the Change password dialog box, specify the old and the new passwords. Save your changes.

To set the new password in DocuNote Form-login solution, login under your usual credentials.

In the displayed dialog box, specify the new passwords and click

OK.
