You can change users' access level by attaching the group they are the members of to other groups.

• To work with local groups, you will need the "Manage local groups" module role

To attach the group:

1. Select the specific local group.
2. Click Attach group on the ribbon bar.

1. Use the Search for box at the top to look up the available groups.

1. Select the group and click OK.

As a result, all users under attached group will have the same permissions as users under parent group.
