If any company was created twice in Address book, there is a handy workaround to fix this issue. Instead of deleting one of the companies, you can merge them together and consequently move the contacts under the companies to one place.

To merge the companies:

  1. Navigate to the specific company.
  2. Right-click it and select Merge companies from the context menu. Alternatively, you can click Merge companies on the ribbon bar.

  1. The Merge with dialog box will appear. Select the target company available in the list.

To search the necessary target company in the particular contact list, specify the name of the company in the search field.

You can also search for the target company through the whole Address book. For this, navigate to the Search company in all lists field, specify the search query and click Enter or Search button.

When the necessary target company is selected, click Merge. As a result, only the target company will remain including all contacts from both companies.
