Introduction

A notification is a message in DocuNote that informs users about changes or actions. It is displayed by the bell icon and can be marked as read, snoozed, or pinned. Notifications are used to keep users updated about documents, cases, and other important events in the system.

Notifications can be initiated and sent to DocuNote users, when changes are made to following items: Case, Document, Person or Company.

How to send a notification

To initiate Notification for a docunote item select it with a right click and choose Notification from a context menu.

In the Notification window type Notification message and select the user you want to notify.
