Every committee should include members or stakeholders.
A member can be selected from the list of active DocuNote users.
Stakeholder can be added as a separate user or as a group. Stakeholders are not provided with the Member functions - Agenda (Adm.) and E-mail notification options.
To add member and stakeholders to the committee, on the committee's Properties form navigate to the Members tab and click Add member or Add stakeholder on the toolbar.

Check the box for the desired function(s), and search for the user/groups to be assigned to it. (Permissions - Agenda (Adm.))

⚠️ Please note:
- Only users registered in DocuNote can be added as members. Stakeholder can be added as a user or group.
- To add members and stakeholders to the committee, one should have the 'Committee administrator' agenda role or the 'Agenda administrator' module role being activated.
- For access to the Agenda module see Agenda - Roles & Permissions)
- If you make changes to members'/stakeholders' properties, you should expect to wait up to 15 minutes before you can see the changes.

When a member has been added, it’s function can be change (see more under Member functions - Agenda (Adm.)) and the access status for the agenda items can be adjusted (see more about1.1 Working with agenda items - Agenda (User)).

The following access statuses are available:
- Open - provides basic access for generated and published documents for internally published meetings within the particular committee.
- Closed - provides limited access for generated and published documents for internally published meetings within the particular committee.
- Double closed - provides full access for generated and published documents for internally published meetings within the particular committee.
